The duet that the two artists Yann Marussich and Anne Cardinaud created for the Archipel festival is a piece based on vibrations. An investigation of the more or less violent vibrations’ paths impulsed on and through motionless bodies. The vibrations are emitted from the motor of a machine-sculpture which serves as the operative scene, and are inflicted via this machine.



Inanimate objects and crystalline structures (such as glass) are put to the test, and organic structures such as the dancer’s body are put to risk.
